100 Days Soft Lock-In Method (23 Days In)

100 Days Soft Lock-In Method (23 Days In)

Hi chat 💚

On February 2nd, I made a decision.

100 days. Not to punish myself. Not to fix myself. But to actually put my health, hormones, training, nutrition, nervous system and sanity first — consistently, realistically, and without burning out halfway through.

That’s how the 100 Days Soft Lock-In Method was born. And yes — you can join in too.

No extremes. No 75-hard-adjacent suffering. No “earn your food” energy. No 4am life overhaul delusions.

Just:

💚 training with structure

💚 eating enough

💚 regulating hormones & cortisol

💚 prioritising sleep, recovery & stress

💚 building habits that actually stick

100 days — from February 2nd to May 13th (my birthday) — to show up for myself properly.

Slowly. Softly. Intentionally.

And yes — I announced it on Instagram. So if you’re not following me there… what are you even doing?

We are now 23 days in. And we are not playing.

Body Recomp — But Make It Interesting

This isn’t a crash diet. It’s body recomposition.

Which means:

✨ building muscle

✨ gradually reducing body fat

… at the same time.

Scientifically, that requires:

✨ progressive strength training

✨ adequate protein (~30g per meal for me)

✨ sufficient calories (around 2200 kcal for my activity level)

✨ stress management

✨ proper sleep

Muscle improves insulin sensitivity.

Resistance training improves glucose uptake.

For my PCOS and insulin-resistant girls — that’s not optional. It’s a non-negotiable.

Cortisol rises with chronic stress and poor sleep.

Training cannot compensate for poor nutrition.

Nutrition cannot override unmanaged stress.

This is a system. Not a shortcut.

23 Days In — And London Finally Has Sun

Today marks a historic day — February 25th, 2026. London had actual sunlight for the first time in months.

Yes, this requires celebration.

Actual sun. 17 degrees. In February. I know.

Seasonal depression? Gone. Energy? On 100. Me? Back on my bullshit.

Which currently looks like:

✨ consistent training

✨ chicken, rice and broccoli for the 100th time in 15 days (creature of habit — I love my hyper-fixation foods)

✨ meal prep

✨ journaling

✨ supplements

✨ protecting sleep

✨ managing stress

Motivation vs Wanting It

As I was eating my chicken, rice and broccoli again, I tried to think of some deeply motivational speech to add here. But honestly? I’m drawing a blank.

Because there comes a point where no amount of motivation someone else gives you will make you:

• wake up early

• take your supplements

• eat properly

• go to the gym

• meal prep

• regulate your life.

It all comes down to one thing: how badly do you want it?

And I want it baaaad.

So I’ll ask you: Are you with me?

Or are you staying comfortable in excuses about “not having time”?

People make time for what they care about. So how about in 2026… you make time for yourself?

Yes, put down the Valentine’s Day and Easter chocolate. We have work to do.

Can I get an amen? 🗣️✨

Self-Love Isn’t Always Soft

Let’s be real.

Some days the last thing I want to do is train.

Some days I want to bed rot.

Some days life is life’ing and nothing seems to be going right.

But those are usually the exact days I need it most.

Self-love isn’t always candles and face masks (even though my beauty routines, facials, massages, nails, brows and skincare are absolutely non-negotiable).

Sometimes it’s:

💚 putting your sneakers on

💚 choosing discipline

💚 proving to yourself you don’t quit when it gets uncomfortable

Mama didn’t raise me to give up. So I don’t.

Growth doesn’t happen when it’s convenient.

It happens when you show up anyway.

You’re Not Behind

I know I’m not the only one who needed January to stabilise.

Who felt like winter was never-ending.

Who struggled to get momentum or felt behind.

But let me remind you — you are not behind. You might just be building quietly.

And if today is your “London sun” moment — take it.

Join Me — 77 Days Left

We still have 77 days left until May 13th.

You didn’t have to start on February 2nd.

You can start today.

If you’re locking in with me — stay close.

We don’t force. We don’t spiral. We don’t quit.

We follow the plan — not the mood. 💚
